Lost my home

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I lost my home to Litton Mortgage. For months I tried to contact them to resolve my past mortgage payments and no one would ever contact me back. I called their lawyers and finally one day when I was in tears one of their representatives told me that the office was no longer doing business and that there was no one there who could help me.

As a result, time went on, and I lost my home. I filled out cards that were sent to me for a class action suit, but never received anything. I would like to see justice. I lost my home. I had two children at the time. This should not be allowed. Big corporations robbing people of their homes. I made attempts to resolve the matter but to no avail.

I still have some paperwork to support what happened and would be glad to finally get some closure on this issue.

Respectfully submitted,

Ms. Maxine Major-Paschal

Litton is a Predatory Lender and Debt Collector:

Here is what happened to my husband and I. We were homeowners with Litton before they bought the Ocwen Mortgage company back in the year 2011.

Unfortunately, Litton is a debt collector and every time we called their office were heard that message before we spoke to a live person. The person who we spoke to was somewhere, in India. We got behind in our mortgage payments and we were contacted Litton and they immediately wanted us to do a loan modification, but we sent the payments to them via Western Union as they requested. We were told to send ten thousand of dollars to Litton's attorney's.

Litton has their own attorneys in Indianapolis, Indiana. Litton calls it a loan modification. My husband I were on a fixed income and still are, because he had to retire due to illness. We told Litton, and they threatened to foreclose our home, if we didn't send them the money to their attorneys.

We had savings from my husband's retirement. We lost that savings when we sent it to Litton Mortgage company. Our credit rating should have went up, but it didn't because the company didn't send the information. When Goldman Sachs was involved in a government lawsuit.

We didn't receive but a few hundred dollars, because the money we sent them years before the lawsuit was never recorded. We are still homeowners after going through a chapter #13 bankruptcy. We wanted to do a reverse mortgage because we are seniors. We were denied and told to contact the government, because we are victims of predatory lending through from our mortgage company.

We have been told that we could not do a reverse mortgage due to our poor credit ratings. What we are tired of is living in fear of losing our home. When we were involved with the bankruptcy court were not told what would happen after bankruptcy. We don't know how many other seniors who are in our situation or have experienced what we have experienced.

We just want other seniors to be aware of predatory lenders who have your home loans. We live on a fixed income and they know that we don't have thousands of dollars to repay them for the years we were in the bankruptcy. We don't have equity as we should have in our home. We don't have home insurance, because Litton never set it up, for us.

We can get home owners insurance through a private company which we must do. It is terrible for seniors to have to file a chapter thirteen to save their home, which is in the thousands of dollars. Probably have to borrow from a family member, because its impossible to get a loan from a bank. Payday loans are in the same arena of predatory lending, but they only go by what seniors receive per month.

Payday loans charge an outrageous payment scale to pay back the monthly loans. We don't want to lose our home and other people who are on a fixed income.

Hello Yes my name is Jim Sprecher owner of GSA applications or you may know me from Federal Verification Co., Inc. in Clearwater, FL.

Let me start off by saying thanks to all of my attorneys keeping me out of jail, and showing me how to file bankruptcy so that all the card holders and past workers can’t get their money back and I would also like to thank Pam Bondi’s office for taking my check for $250,000. I guess that’s what I have to pay in order to make this go away. I gave her office a bribe for my freedom. Now for the rest of you dummies at the I-team, Jackie Callaway AG Economic Crimes Unit of Tampa, and the FBI get lost.

You don’t have anything on me and you all already know that. Go ahead and put taps on our phones. You and Pam Bondi’s Office can’t do one thing to stop me from running my companies the way I have been. I am getting more telemarketers, more offices to make more money than I ever have, and why not?

No one is going to do anything about it. My office gave you a contract and if you did not follow that contract then we keep the money and that’s the bottom line. Yes my family and I live well, real well. For all of you dummies that keep calling the office for a refund, look in the contract you signed.

For 2017 this is going to be our biggest year yet for sales.

More programs we offer from the government, the more money we make. If anyone would like to talk to me my number is 727-744-****.

Litton Loan Servicing Loan Review

I sent a check for a claim I made. The check was endorsed by me, per Littons request. The check was never returned nor was it cashed. It is now in Texas Unclaimed Property. I have tried to contact Litton, but loan was sold to Ocwen Loan servicing. I no longer live in the home and no one is capable of helping me at either company.

Litton Loan forclosed on my home in 2009

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
After 1.5 years of working with Litton Loan on my mortgage. My original interest rate was 6.875 % then without warning it jumped to 9.25 % almost doubling my monthly mortgage. They would not accept my request for a new lower interest loan. And in less than 12 months I received letters to vacate the home. I believe that the lack of empathy and not allowing me to refinance my credit was ruined and became homeless. In January of 2009 I hired a 2nd party to represent me in a loan modification. After spending $ 1,312.00 and countless hours between parties Litton would not accept my request and denied me of a new loan, saying I did not qualify. How did I qualify for the original loan then just 4 years later not qualify? Then 2 years after the foreclosure I received 2 checks totaling $ 3,900 from the Federal Bank Regulators.Quoting " Earlier this year (2013) Litton entered into an agreement with federal banking regulators-the office of Comptroller of the Currency and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. This agreement resolved the Independent Foreclosure Review required by the regulators".What exactly this means I have no idea. Ideally I would like to see Litton Loan refund me my home or a full acknowledgement of their neglect in handling my case.
