rjsjDid any of you that are complaining about Litton loan servicing know that they do not own all the loans - that they are a loan servicing company and not always the mortgage lender. I just found out that the mortgage lender on my home loan is Fannie Mae. They also provide loan servicing for Freddie Mac loans - in other words they are providing back office servicing to government loans.

You can find out who your mortgage loan holder is by either looking on your loan papers or contact Litton and they have to give you that information.

Maybe if everyone now goes directly to the government and lets them know how we have all been treated maybe they will pay attention.
